1Request account and wallet deletion (purchase-enabled builds)
To delete your PandaDoku Android account and its associated wallet and records, email july@lineargame.ai with the subject “PandaDoku Android account deletion”. Include your linked email, or the Wallet ID available in Account & wallet → Delete account & data → Copy wallet ID. The in-app “Request deletion by email” button prepares this request for you to review and send. You can also request deletion here without reinstalling the app. We may ask for additional evidence to verify ownership; a Wallet ID alone does not authorize deletion. Do not send passwords, login codes, access tokens or payment-card details. We delete the Firebase identity, email binding, wallet and related operation records after verification, except records needed for applicable legal or fraud-prevention purposes, which we explain in our response. Deletion removes the wallet balance and does not refund Google Play purchases or delete records Google independently retains. The local-data instructions below remain applicable to guest-only version 0.5.6.
2Local game data
Guest-only Android 0.5.6 does not create an online game account; account deletion for later builds is described above. Clear PandaDoku app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove local progress and preferences. This cannot be restored through guest sign-in.
3Support data
Email july@lineargame.ai with the subject “PandaDoku Android data deletion” to request deletion of support information held by us. Identify the support interaction so we can locate it. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment card details. We may retain information required by law and will explain applicable exceptions.
4Advertising data
Use the privacy options in game settings when available to change advertising consent or applicable sale/sharing choices. Requests for Google advertising data can also be made through Google ad controls and Google’s privacy tools. Clearing local game data does not delete records held by Google.
