01Optional purchases in TikTok version 0.5.7
Version 0.5.7 adds optional purchases: 100 bamboo leaves for 70 Beans, 550 for 350 Beans, 1,200 for 700 Beans, and removal of automatic interstitial ads for 350 Beans. TikTok controls any money price for acquiring Beans and purchase availability by account, platform and region. The platform payment screen shows the transaction for your confirmation. Bamboo leaves are an in-game balance, not TikTok Beans, money or a cash prize. Fifty leaves can be exchanged for one paid hint.
Remove ads applies to automatic interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos remain available. Benefits are granted after server verification, not merely after closing a payment screen. If confirmation is delayed, use Restore purchases or reopen the game with the same TikTok account. Do not repeatedly purchase to resolve a pending order. Server-held paid balances and entitlements are restored for that account; local puzzle progress and a previously downloaded consumed hint are not a cross-device backup.
For a disputed charge, missing benefit or refund, use TikTok's payment support where available and contact july@lineargame.ai with the product, approximate purchase time and order reference. Never send passwords, login codes, tokens or card details. Refund and partial-recovery notifications can place paid spending on hold pending review and revoke a refunded remove-ads entitlement. We review those cases using platform transaction evidence. These purchase details apply to 0.5.7 and replace historical statements below that earlier versions had no in-app purchases.
02About these terms
These terms describe your use of PandaDoku, a logic puzzle game provided by LinearGame Pte. Ltd. (“we” or “us”), within TikTok. Our support email is july@lineargame.ai. These terms cover TikTok versions 0.1.1, 0.2.0, 0.3.0, 0.4.0, 0.5.0, 0.5.1 and 0.5.2. Version 0.1.1 is the previously submitted build without game-integrated ads or gameplay event reporting. Version 0.2.0 adds optional rewarded videos for hints and gameplay measurement. Version 0.3.0 adds TikTok silent login and optional return-visit tasks for leaf decorations. Versions 0.4.0 and 0.5.0 retain the earlier login, rewarded-hint and gameplay-measurement features. Version 0.5.0 updates gameplay presentation and adds a local challenge leaderboard based on personal-best scores and local challenge rivals; it does not add a global player leaderboard. Version 0.5.1 retains these features and introduces interstitial ads at selected level transitions and separate gameplay measurement through Tencent Cloud CLS. Version 0.5.2 adds Brazilian Portuguese and improves Arabic right-to-left (RTL) layout. It retains the features and data-handling behavior described for version 0.5.1. Versions 0.4.0 and 0.5.0 do not include these interstitial ads or CLS measurement. Features apply only to builds that include them, and this page does not announce public release availability.
By using the game, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the game. TikTok’s own terms, platform rules, and eligibility requirements also apply to your use of TikTok.
03Eligibility and access
You must meet TikTok’s age and regional eligibility requirements and any minimum age required by applicable law. If you are under the age at which you can enter this agreement on your own, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree where required by law. You are responsible for using a compatible device and obtaining any necessary network access.
04Playing PandaDoku
We permit you to use the game for personal entertainment through authorized TikTok access. Place one panda in each row, column, and colored region without allowing pandas to touch, including diagonally. These versions offer locally stored puzzle progress and settings, with no real-money prizes or in-app purchases. In versions 0.2.0 through 0.5.2, you may choose a rewarded video in exchange for the hint benefit shown before viewing.
05Rewarded hints in versions 0.2.0 through 0.5.2
The hint offer is optional. A reward is granted only after TikTok reports that the rewarded video was watched to completion. Closing early, failing to load or play an ad, or an unavailable ad does not earn a reward. Ad availability depends on TikTok, your region, device, network and available inventory; we do not guarantee an ad will always be available.
Earned hint credits are gameplay benefits, not money or transferable property, and have no cash value. Their balance is stored locally in the TikTok mini-game container. Once granted, a credit may be used for a hint as described in the game. Clearing game data, changing devices or losing container storage can remove unused credits; these versions have no cross-device cloud backup.
06Interstitial ads in versions 0.5.1 and 0.5.2
Versions 0.5.1 and 0.5.2 may show TikTok interstitial ads at selected transitions after you finish a level and select the next level. They are separate from the optional rewarded-video hint offer and do not grant hints or other rewards. Advertising availability depends on the platform, region, account, device, network and available inventory. If an interstitial cannot load or is unavailable, the game continues without granting a reward. We do not guarantee an ad will appear at every eligible transition.
Versions 0.5.1 and 0.5.2 also include gameplay measurement through Tencent Cloud CLS as described in the Privacy Policy. Measurement records do not create a paid purchase, a cash entitlement, or a cloud backup of game progress. These versions do not include in-app purchases.
07TikTok connection and return-visit decorations in versions 0.3.0 through 0.5.2
PandaDoku verifies your TikTok game identity through TikTok and our login service. A connection failure does not prevent you from continuing the locally available puzzles. Platform tasks depend on TikTok’s availability, your account, region, device, and supported app version. The game explains how to retry or continue when a task is unavailable.
You may choose to add PandaDoku to your home screen and return to earn a Golden Leaf, or complete the TikTok sidebar task and return to earn a Jade Leaf. The game grants a decoration only when TikTok reports that you are eligible and the local ownership record is saved. Opening a task or tapping a button alone does not confirm eligibility. Each decoration can be collected once in the local save; repeated claims do not create additional copies. These decorations do not grant hint credits. Hint rewards continue to require completion of the rewarded video described in the game.
Leaf decorations are cosmetic game benefits. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Their ownership is stored locally with your game data. Connecting to TikTok does not provide cross-device progress or item synchronization, and the server identity record does not restore them.
08Acceptable use
Do not use the game unlawfully, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or other users, or copy and redistribute game content without permission. Do not use the game to infringe someone else’s rights. Restrictions do not prevent any activity that applicable law expressly permits.
09Progress, availability, and preview changes
Progress, settings, hint credits in versions 0.2.0 through 0.5.2, and decorations in versions 0.3.0 through 0.5.2 are stored using the TikTok mini-game container. We do not provide a developer-operated cloud backup for these versions. Progress and unused game benefits may be lost when app or mini-game data is cleared, devices change, or the platform resets storage. The server identity record does not restore them. Do not rely on a preview version for permanent storage.
Features, levels, and availability may change as the game develops. We may fix errors, make updates, or stop providing a preview where reasonably necessary. We will give notice where required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every device will behave identically.
10Intellectual property
Game code, artwork, music, sound effects, text, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective creators, owners, and licensors. Permission to play does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to copy, sell, or distribute those materials. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. 11Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, rewarded and interstitial ads, gameplay measurement, login and identity storage, Tencent Cloud CLS measurement and its local retry queue in versions 0.5.1 and 0.5.2, platform processing, and support information. Send support requests or complaints to july@lineargame.ai. Provide enough information to understand the issue, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
12Responsibility and consumer rights
Use reasonable care when using the game and keep your device secure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available without a promise of error-free or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies available under mandatory local law.
13Stopping use, changes, and disputes
You may stop playing at any time. We or TikTok may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or platform requirements. We will update the date on this page when these terms change and provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights you have already acquired under mandatory law.
If a dispute arises, contact july@lineargame.ai first so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from using courts, regulators, or consumer complaint channels available under applicable law.
